As part of this portfolio, you will be responsible for:
Immigration processing for UK work permit applications, including issuance of Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and associated procedures.
Validation & preparation of supporting documents (application forms, support letters, etc.)
Filing of work permit applications on behalf of Infosys employees and coordination with the Home Office
Coordinating with employees to support with completion of ‘right to work’ checks
Planning and preparing for UK immigration audits – both internal and external
Assisting with immigration queries and visa applications for locally based employees, including advising on UK outbound queries and business visa applications
Providing immigration advisory services to internal stakeholders, e.g. the in-house Recruitment team
Identifying gaps and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive key process improvement initiatives
Vendor coordination and management
Assisting and supporting with projects and requirements of the larger European immigration team, as required
Role Requirements
Graduate with at least 3+ years’ work experience in the immigration field in the UK
Clear and concise communication skills
Analytical and results focused
Ability to multitask in an environment with many competing priorities
Ability to quickly learn internal procedural requirements
