Pony is a London-based design agency, specialising in creative solutions for tech companies globally. We partner with ambitious tech companies around the world to build their brand identities and digital presence. Over the past 4 years, we've collaborated with over 150 clients, becoming a seamless extension of their teams. We're recognised for crafting distinctive brand identities that make a mark, ensuring our clients' brands resonate and remain memorable.

What matters most

Strong UI skills
Experience with implementing beautiful brand identities into compelling digital experiences (websites and applications)
A self-driven person with a bias for action who wants to get stuff done. We're looking for a team player who likes to get involved and take ownership. We don’t like to micro-manage.
Enjoying working in a small, distributed team
Feeling comfortable with meeting with clients (online only) and contributing to the overall project
Experience with Figma and building high-level UI toolkits and design systems
You're not ok with design that's "ok". You aspire to develop work that is of the highest quality and you want your next piece of work to be your best.
You're a team player. Every project at Pony is a result of team collaboration. This role might not suit you if you prefer to be the only designer on a project.
Fluent in spoken and written English
Up to 3 hours time difference from the UK
