Be part of a dynamic team that makes a difference.
At East Suffolk Services, we proudly deliver a wide range of essential local services that support the lives of over a quarter of a million residents and thousands of businesses across our district.
We’re a new, growing organisation, full of energy, ambition, and purpose. As part of our team, you’ll play an important role in helping us shape high-quality, efficient services that people rely on every single day.
This is more than just a job. This is a fantastic opportunity to support, and give back to, your local community.
We currently have an opportunity to join our Development and Change team as an Implementation Support Officer.
Your role
You will provide hands on and administrative support to ensure the Better Recycling programme is delivered smoothly across our operational teams. This includes coordinating activities, organising training and inductions, supporting system use (such as Bartec), managing resources like PPE, maintaining accurate records, and helping resolve day to day queries between Customer Services and Waste teams.
What you will need
You’ll be highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple tasks. You should have experience in administrative or coordination roles, good IT skills, strong communication abilities, and an understanding of GDPR and basic compliance requirements. Experience supporting change, using operational systems, or coordinating training would be an advantage.
Do you have the skills, experience, or potential to succeed in this role? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
