Freelance CQC Registration Associates – Healthcare Sector

Join HLTH Compliance – the UK’s leading provider of healthcare compliance solutions. We specialise in supporting health and social care providers with expert guidance across CQC and Ofsted compliance, HR, recruitment, training, and operational support.

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our network of experienced freelance Associates to support clients specifically with CQC registration and regulatory application processes.

We are seeking knowledgeable and experienced professionals who can provide hands-on support to healthcare providers navigating the CQC registration journey, including new provider applications, variations, change processes and registration readiness.

Typical support may include:

• Preparing and completing CQC registration applications
• Supporting provider, manager and location registration processes
• Advising on Statements of Purpose, governance frameworks and required policies
• Conducting registration readiness reviews and compliance gap analysis
• Supporting providers through Notices of Decision, interviews, and fit person requirements
• Providing expert guidance during service setup, acquisitions, or changes to registration

These assignments are ideal for experienced professionals who are confident working independently, can manage complex registration processes and are passionate about supporting providers to achieve compliant and successful outcomes.

Essential Experience:

• Strong working knowledge of CQC registration requirements and the Health and Social Care Act 2008
• Proven experience supporting or managing CQC registration applications within health and social care services
• Background as a Registered Manager, Compliance Lead, Quality Consultant or similar senior role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
