Glassdoor has identified the 20 Highest Rated UK Companies for Work-Life Balance. This year, Goodman Masson, Cisco Systems and HomeServe UK top the ranking. This list was compiled based entirely on UK employee feedback shared on Glassdoor over the past year1.

According to Glassdoor’s data, the average work-life balance rating across all companies for 2013, 2014 and 2015 has remained at 3.2.
