East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager for Digital to join our Digital team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader to help shape and support the delivery of high-quality, safe and sustainable digital services across the Trust.

As Service Manager for Digital, you will be a key member of the Digital leadership team, helping to shape, support and improve the delivery of digital services across the Trust. Working closely with senior leaders, you will lead on a wide range of operational and strategic responsibilities, ensuring services are effective, responsive and aligned to the needs of clinical and corporate teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Trust’s wider digital ambitions while supporting high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:
Provide operational leadership to support the delivery and continuous improvement of digital services.
Work with senior leaders to develop and strengthen governance, workforce, financial and service management arrangements.
Support the management of contracts, service level agreements and performance reporting.
Lead and support recruitment, retention, development and staff wellbeing across the digital function.
Build strong and effective relationships with internal teams, external partners and third-party suppliers.
Contribute to strategic planning, business case development and service modernisation
