About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Solution Engineer to support data-driven client solutions, working across data management, analysis, and dataset transformation activities. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to help deliver practical and scalable data solutions.

This position is suited to individuals with foundational experience in data-related work or recent graduates looking to build applied industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the data & API management, processing, and transformation of datasets from multiple sources
• Assist in data cleaning, validation, and structuring for analytical and operational use
• Contribute to data analysis activities to support client requirements and internal projects
• Work alongside client-facing teams to understand requirements and support solution delivery
• Help document processes, workflows, and technical outputs clearly and accurately
• Participate in project delivery under guidance from senior engineers and consultants

Requirements

• Approximately 1 year of experience in data management, data analysis, or data transformation (or equivalent academic/project experience)
• Strong understanding of basic data concepts and working with datasets
• Comfortable working in a client-facing or collaborative environment
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Graduate Pathway

Fresh graduates with no UK work experience but with relevant academic background in data, computer science, analytics, or related fields may be considered for a structured 12-week internship programme as an entry pathway into the role.

• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Remote role, with potential occasional collaboration requirements as needed.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
