N5 Security Ltd is an ACS Approved and NSI Gold accredited security provider delivering professional security solutions across London, Essex and the South East. As a growing business, we are looking for a motivated and organised Operations & Client Services Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth.
The Role
This is a varied position combining security operations, client relationship management and administrative support. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure the smooth delivery of services while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and security personnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day operational requirements
* Assisting with officer scheduling and resource planning
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients
* Supporting contract mobilisation and service delivery
* Managing staff welfare and operational issues
* Conducting occasional site visits and audits
* Assisting with compliance, reporting and documentation
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
* Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
Requirements
* Previous experience within the security industry is preferred
* Experience in operations, scheduling, account management or client services
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Professional and proactive attitude

Office-based in Romford, Essex
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
