We'd like you to join us as a Quality Improvement Lead, working as part of the internal quality and compliance team to lead and continually improve quality, ensuring quality and systems of governance are fully embedded.
The successful postholder will be accountable for developing and driving the Group's strategy for quality, promoting the highest standards of care to achieve the key quality objective that all services to be rated a minimum of Good' or have an improved rating.
A key focus of this role will include, providing high quality support and coaching to Registered Managers and Operations Directors so that they can develop personally and professionally, grow positive and resilient mindsets, and take ownership of their respective services.
*** Candidates must have social care experience in either learning disability, mental health or neuro rehab. An understanding of service delivery structures and mechanisms, as well as quality improvement processes is a must.
