The last year has seen large-scale changes in workplace trends, with UK employees putting increasing importance on hybrid working environments and workplace communities that exist beyond the company walls. Given these shifts in employee expectations, it’s no surprise that the UK’s #1 Best Place to Work in 2022 and the full list of 50 winners have been noted for their focus on a flexible approach to work-life balance, great company culture and good career growth.

This year we are proud to announce that SaaS platform ServiceNow is officially the UK’s Best Place to Work in 2022! Congratulations to ServiceNow!

Being named the winner of Glassdoor’s 14th annual Employees’ Choice Awards, honouring the UK’s Best Places to Work in 2022 is no small feat, especially for a company that has never before featured on our annual list of winners. It is a credit to ServiceNow’s fantastic culture, potential for opportunities and excellent training that they have been crowned as the UK’s Best Place to Work in 2022 and for that they can be exceptionally proud.

Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work UK in 2022 list features no less than 19 technology companies, but winning employers are spread across a range of industries, including finance, manufacturing, travel & tourism, construction, media, retail and restaurants.

  10. Meta (4.5 rating)

This year, only four employers appear on all five country lists (UK, France, Germany, U.S. large, and Canada): Salesforce (No. 3), Microsoft (No. 13), Google (No. 18) and SAP (No. 19).

Newcomers to this year’s UK list include AND Digital (No. 2) Dishoom (No 12), Wise (No. 20), The Gym Group (No. 25), Oliver Bonas (No. 26), Octopus Energy (No. 27) and Jet2.com (No. 43).

In addition to recognising the 50 companies on our 2022 Best Places to Work list for the UK, Glassdoor also compiled Best Places to Work lists for the U.S., US Small & Medium Companies, Canada, France and Germany.
