We’re looking for a confident and organised Customer Support Assistant to join our team and help deliver excellent supporter care. The hours of this role are set at as Monday 09:000-14:30, Tuesday 09:00-13:00, Wednesday and Thursday 09:00-12:00.
In this role, you’ll manage a busy fundraising inbox, responding to supporter enquiries by email and phone with empathy, accuracy and professionalism. You’ll take ownership of queries from start to finish, keeping records up to date and ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of care.
You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle sensitive situations with confidence, and enjoys finding solutions quickly and effectively.
What we’re looking for:
Experience with CRM systems or within a charity setting would be a bonus.
