Role Purpose

As a Senior Awards & Recognition Manager, you will serve as the trusted strategic advisor to our enterprise clients' leadership teams. You will own the high-level consultancy relationship, design multi-year recognition roadmaps for big brands, and architect the foundational storytelling strategies that ensure high-conversion win rates at Tier-1 global awards.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Consulting: Partner directly with key client stakeholders to extract high-value corporate achievements and frame them into market-leading case studies.
• Portfolio Strategy: Architect bespoke, comprehensive submission roadmaps across multiple client accounts, aligning targeted awards with their global commercial objectives.
• High-Stakes Narrative Architecture: Personally spearhead and author the framework for ultra-competitive, flagship submissions (e.g., Cannes Lions, MCA Awards, Management Today).
• Commercial Diplomacy: Lead high-pressure client review sessions, seamlessly navigating complex corporate legal clearances and executive sign-offs for sensitive commercial data.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of agency or premium consultancy experience managing high-profile awards portfolios, corporate bids, or executive directory rankings (e.g., Chambers & Partners).
• C-Suite Presence: Proven ability to command the room, manage feedback, and challenge thinking at the executive leadership level.
• Strategic Narrative Design: Exceptional structural writing and editing capabilities with a documented, verifiably high win-rate portfolio.
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of enterprise corporate structures, financial metrics, and technical B2B industry language.

Technology Stack

• Required: Enterprise project management ecosystems (e.g., Monday.com, Asana), secure enterprise document networks (e.g., SharePoint, Google Workspace Enterprise).
• Nice to Have: Advanced client-reporting systems (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Pay: £43.00 per hour
