The Pain Free Dentistry Group currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator role within their Senior Leadership Team. This opportunity would be ideal for a Dental Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator, or other experienced dental team member ready to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will be exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex processes with accuracy, efficiency, and a proactive approach.
As Project Co-ordinator, you will plan and organise tasks and resources across our group of dental practices to ensure you complete a project on time and within the specified budget.
You will be joining an elite group of dental practices, who deliver exceptional customer service to ensure the highest standards of patient care. You will report to the Groups Business Manager. Key Responsibilities The role will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Responsible for the project management of all projects either at individual practice level or across our group.
- Plan & Manage New Practice Acquisition
- Liaising with the Group Business Manager on new practice acquisition projects ensuring all due diligence is checked and completed.
- Plan and delivery of full acquisition project plan & model.
- Liaise with Practice Seller and their teams.
- Manage the application process to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide patient finance and bacs system for practice direct debits.
- Instruct and manage internal/external resources as required.
- Ensure new contracts/suppliers/insurances are prepared in new company name
- Management and delivery to the Practice Manager and the individual teams all the company policies and processes on completion of new acquisition, through our standard acquisition training programs.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budgets set

This position is permanent full time role approx 40.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
